Pomeranian companies took part in the APAC Wind Energy Summit conference
In September, five companies from our region showcased their expertise at the prestigious APAC Wind Energy Summit in Melbourne – one of the world’s fastest-growing renewable energy markets.
With the support of the Pomeranian Export Broker, we built strategic ties with key partners, including:

- Polish Australian Chamber of Commerce (PACC)
- Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC)
- Global Offshore Wind Alliance (GOWA)
- GeelongPort – a leader in offshore infrastructure development in Australia
What makes us proud? Our companies were not just participants – also shared their expertise as speakers during a panel on “European SMEs in offshore wind development”.
Australia, and especially the State of Victoria, offers massive opportunities for long-term cooperation. This is a strong signal that Pomeranian offshore competencies are globally competitive and ready to support the energy transition worldwide.
Another step towards internationalization – and proof that Pomerania is shaping the future of offshore wind on a global scale.

Pomeranian Province stand at the Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition
During the Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition, the regional stand will feature the offer of companies from Pomerania. The event will take place on 4-6 November 2025 in Sydney.
Pomeranian companies to participate in the APAC Wind Energy Summit
The Pomerania Development Agency is organising a trip as part of the Pomeranian Export Broker 2030 project to the APAC Wind Energy Summit event, which will take place on 6-18 September 2025 in Melbourne.

Apex Defense, which took place on 23-24 April 2025 in Gaylord National Harbor, MD, is an event which had a considerable impact despite its small scale. Defence industry innovators, partners and suppliers came together to speed up capabilities to deliver operational capabilities.
Indonesia–Poland Business Forum, Gdansk
Pomeranian entrepreneurs met with partners from Indonesia representing companies and business environment institutions. The largest ever Indonesian delegation was supported by high-level authorities, who are a guarantor of building lasting business relations.
Pomerania once again among Europe’s most attractive investment regions
The Pomeranian Voivodeship has once again been recognized by the Financial Times in the prestigious fDi European Cities and Regions of the Future 2025 ranking. Pomerania secured 3rd place in the category of foreign direct investment (FDI) strategy.

Pomeranian companies participated in a trade mission to Vietnam, which took place from November 25 to December 1, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City.
